About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist – YouTube & Google to join our team. This person will own our performance strategy and execution across all Google channels — including YouTube, Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
You will manage campaigns end-to-end: audience strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, optimization, and measurement. You’ll develop hypotheses, test rapidly, and partner cross-functionally to ensure creative, landing pages, and offers are optimized for performance.
This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who loves both the art and science of paid acquisition, thrives on data, and can scale proven wins while continuously experimenting.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the full Google ecosystem — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display — with a focus on profitable customer acquisition and incremental revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a clear testing roadmap — audience tests, creative experiments, copy, bidding strategies, placements, and landing page funnels.
- Partner with creative, analytics, and e-commerce teams to inform ad concepts, creative briefs, and conversion-driving optimizations based on performance data.
- Monitor and analyze daily and weekly performance in Google Ads, YouTube Analytics, GA4, and Northbeam; identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRO and landing page teams to ensure continuity from ad click through conversion, improving CVR and RPS metrics.
- Manage budgets and forecasts — allocating spend across campaigns based on efficiency and scaling proven winners quickly.
- Report on performance and communicate insights and next steps clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Stay ahead of platform changes — test new formats (e.g., Demand Gen, PMax enhancements, YouTube Shopping) and find innovative ways to drive growth through the Google stack.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Performance Max).
- Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce funnels and conversion metrics (CPA, ROAS, RPS, MER).
- Deep expertise in audience segmentation, bidding, and creative optimization.
- Comfort using data & analytics tools (GA4, Northbeam, Looker Studio, etc.) to derive insights and guide strategy.
- Experience briefing creative teams and optimizing ad messaging for CTR and CVR performance.
- Excellent project management & communication skills — able to align multiple teams and move fast.
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable owning a channel, setting strategy, and executing independently.
- TV media buying experience strongly preferred
