Collections Analyst

The Collections Analyst is responsible for the collections of billed revenue with the ability to meet monthly collections targets and weekly cash targets. The role will be key to our success in delivering world class customer service to both internal and external customers.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Manage remedy tickets for collections team and resolve them in a timely and accurate manner
- Meet stated financial goals and objectives monthly
- Ensure internal control and financial integrity is always maintained
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to resolve client billing issues whilst delivering our White Glove Customer Service
- Manage customers assigned to the dunning process and address all issues raised in a timely manner
- Conduct calls and follow up emails on assigned accounts
- Responsible for timely follow-up and regular updates to accounts receivable collections notes
- Complete and deliver any other tasks that may be assigned
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 2+ years handling B2B collections in a low dollar high volume environment
- Salesforce and NetSuite exposure is a plus
- Ability to read and understand contracts is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work a mid-shift schedule: 7:00 – 16:00 Central Standard Time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks to a deadline
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
