FBS - Talent Process Lead

About the Role
We’re looking for a process-driven and strategic HR Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to oversee and elevate our global TA Ops function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, multi-country environments and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead a team of TA Operations Specialists across LATAM and India, ensuring high-quality service delivery and scalable processes. Acting as a key connector between internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll drive efficiency, resolve bottlenecks, and contribute directly to our broader FBS goals.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and develop a team of Ops Specialists based in Latam and India, ensuring high performance and service quality.
- Act as the main point of contact to resolve delivery blockers with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Own and manage optimal access and usage of HR platforms.
- Maintain structured and updated process documentation.
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs and propose data-driven improvements.
- Partner with HRIS teams to implement automations tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing with the team. Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirements, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Process Management, or Customer Support in dynamic, multi-country environments.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating operational teams.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to change.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across different countries and organizational levels.
- Experience in dynamic environments with high operational complexity and cross functional collaboration
