Nunnas is looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to orchestrate Mexico-to-U.S. nursing career pathways, combining educational excellence with strategic healthcare partnerships. This role requires building dual competency: designing student journeys for NCLEX readiness while forging employer networks that guarantee job placements. The GM will transform today’s early-stage operations into a scalable model bridging Latin American talent with America’s 1.2 million nurse staffing gap

What we are looking for: 

  • Generalist with an entrepreneurial mindset and ample experience leading teams 
  • Lifelong learner who’s open to feedback, embraces change and is hungry to continuously evolve 
  • Structured thinker and problem solver with a hands on approach 
  • Track record of achieving growth targets with limited budgets 
  • Ability to structure modular learning experiences 
  • Expertise in mapping and optimizing conversion funnels 
  • Fluency in analyzing behavioral metrics 
  • Track record in scaling companies and products 

 

Requirements

  • +8 years of work experience 
  • Stellar communication in English and Spanish
