Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist — (Remote)

Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Creator Partnerships Executive to help grow our global ambassador program. This hands-on role focuses on sourcing, and nurturing mid-tier creators (3K–50K followers), running personalized outreach, managing onboarding, tracking performance, and helping turn short-term campaigns into long-term, measurable partnerships. You’ll work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations to make sure creators tell authentic stories that drive real results.
This role is 100% remote and ideal for candidates in the Philippines, India, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify micro Influencers/Creators (3K–50K) across priority markets with a focus on outdoor and lifestyle verticals.
- Build and maintain a high-quality creator pipeline in Airtable (or similar CRM).
- Conduct tailored outreach (DMs and email) using brand voice and approved templates; follow-up and negotiate partnership terms.
- Manage creator onboarding and shepherd partnerships through multi-tier phases (trial → ambassador → long-term partner).
- Track content performance using UTM links, affiliate codes, and analytics; produce weekly regional reports.
- Coordinate product gifting and logistics, aligning selections with seasonal FlippingBook lookbooks.
- Ensure creator deliverables and legal/brand guidelines are met; flag and resolve content or compliance issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics to optimize creator briefings, creative guidance, and campaign cadence.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years in influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or talent/affiliate management (hands-on).
- Practical experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, Refersion, or similar).
- Proficiency with Airtable (or comparable CRM) and comfortable with FlippingBook lookbooks and UTM tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube analytics (how to read performance, impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Excellent written and spoken English (clear, persuasive outreach copy).
- High attention to detail and accuracy with data and reporting.
- Availability for UK morning syncs (09:00–12:00 GMT) on a regular basis.
