OB/GYN Physician
Ob-Gyn Associates of Advantia is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our experienced team of providers! Our Practice is a diverse group of multilingual practitioners who provide comprehensive care for women through every stage of life - from adolescence and family planning to post-menopausal wellness. From OB-Gyn care to mental health counseling, our team of compassionate providers has you covered. We are looking for a physician who will put their patients first, provide stellar and comprehensive patient experiences, stay ahead of the curve in medical technologies and practices, and work well as a team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care, emphasizing preventive wellness, screenings, and the expert diagnosis and treatment of women’s health conditions
- Participate in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers

Maintain a clinical schedule of 8 patient sessions per week.

Participate in a 1:8 call rotation.

Mentor a multidisciplinary care group by providing guidance on best practices, protocols, and patient service excellence
Leverage advanced technologies and innovative approaches to elevate clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience
Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices to bring cutting-edge treatments to patients
Ensure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems with accuracy
- Capacity to demonstrate excellence in communication, both with patients and colleagues
- A compassionate, empathetic approach that ensures the highest standard of patient-centered care
- Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians
- Active Maryland medical license preferred

Annual compensation Range based on years of experience: $250,000 - $350,000
