Orthopedic Surgeon

Position Overview: Akicita Federal is seeking an experienced and board-certified General Surgeon to provide inpatient and outpatient surgical services at the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), a high-volume facility serving the Navajo Nation and surrounding areas. The contractor will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and departments, including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Orthopedics, to deliver comprehensive surgical care. This position requires regular weekday hours, scheduled surgical blocks, and rotational on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays.
