About the Role:
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO. You’ll deliver individualized, goal-driven care that helps children build functional independence in the comfort of their homes.

Compensation & Scheduling:

  • Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
  • Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
  • Full-Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas
  • Educate and coach families for consistent home program support
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

  • A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)
  • NBCOT Certification
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
