Personal Assistant to CEO
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative
support to the CEO. This role is designed to free up time for the Business Development Manager/PA
to the CEO by handling routine tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and discreet, with a strong ability to follow
instructions and manage basic administrative processes.
Requirements
1. Administrative Support
• Manage office filing, document organization, and record-keeping.
• Draft and send meeting reminders, follow-up notes, and standard correspondence.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
• Handle office supplies procurement and general logistics.
• Support travel arrangements (hotel bookings, flight confirmations, etc.).
2 . Operational Support
• Assist in coordinating internal team activities and scheduling.
• Provide clerical support for projects and events.
• Ensure timely handling of routine errands and minor tasks.
• Confidentiality & Boundaries
• The Executive Assistant will focus solely on routine administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related
field.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
Reporting Structure
• Reports directly to the Business Development Manager/PA to the CEO.
• Provides direct support to the CEO by ensuring smooth administrative operations.
