Outpatient Physical Therapist — San Diego, CA
$90K–$125K + $2K sign-on bonus • Full-time or part-time • Onsite

Most outpatient PTs treat 3–4 patients an hour and finish notes at night.
Here, you’ll see about 1.8 patients/hour—with time to think, connect, and treat right.
You lead the plan. A skilled PTA carries it out. Charting happens on the clock.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead evaluations and create personalized treatment plans

  • Guide PTAs to carry through each plan of care

  • Track outcomes and adjust as needed

  • Join weekly clinical trainings (in-house + guest experts)

  • Choose to mentor or be mentored—your call

  • Leave on time, every day

Must-Haves

  • Active CA PT license (or pending)

  • Experience in ortho or post-surgical rehab

  • Skill directing PTA-level care

  • Clear, dependable communication
