About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the Digital Automation strategy at Flora Food Group. As RPA Solution Architect, you’ll own the global RPA architecture and lead the design, governance, and optimization of automation solutions that serve more than 60 markets worldwide.

Working within our Digital Automation team and reporting into Global IT, you’ll define automation standards, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure our RPA solutions are scalable, secure, and future-fit.

This is not a hands-on bot development role — your focus will be solution design, architecture governance, integration strategy, and vendor oversight, ensuring our automation ecosystem supports efficient and intelligent business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Solution Architecture & Governance

  • Own and evolve the RPA architecture across Flora Food Group
  • Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs and technical specification.
  • Define standards, frameworks, security models, and guardrails for RPA delivery
  • Establish reusable patterns, documentation, and design templates for scale and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and audit requirements

Automation Delivery & Vendor Leadership

  • Oversee vendor-delivered automations for architectural fit, quality, and resilience
  • Manage environments across Dev/Test/Prod
  • Set QA gates and non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, observability)
  • Drive continuous improvement and platform roadmap adoption (new Power Automate capabilities)

Integration & Platform Enablement

  • Ensure robust integrations with S/4 Hana, CRM, databases, APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize hosting, identity, credentials, and monitoring
  • Recommend enhancements that reduce maintenance and improve throughput

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as the technical authority for Power Automate across business and IT
  • Coach analysts and developers on architectural principles and best practices
  • Engage global stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities
  • Represent Digital Automation in architecture and governance forums

What Does It Take to Be Successful?

We’re looking for an experienced automation architect with strong technical insight and the ability to influence globally.

  • Proven Experience: 1+ year in an RPA/Solution Architect role with prior Power Automate development exposure (experience in other automation tools, like Automation Anywhere or UIPath is additional value)
  • Expert Knowledge: Power Platform architecture, lifecycle, and governance
  • Technical Acumen: Integrations with ERP/CRM/APIs/databases; enterprise security and scaling
  • Programming Familiarity: C#, VB.NET, or Python (preferred) - level enough to code reviews
  • Ways of Working: Comfortable with Agile and SDLC processes
  • Collaborative & Analytical: Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
  • Languages: Fluent English; Polish is highly desirable
