Senior Product Specialist - Redpin Payments - Malaga
We have recently launched a new payments solution that will revolutionise paying for property in Spain — Redpin Payments. This software is designed with Conveyancers in mind.
As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be part of a new sales team that will help transform how conveyancers process payments. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new conveyancing customers across Málaga and the wider Andalusian region. By understanding their needs, you will develop a customized solution to help them thrive. You will also play a key role in establishing and building our brand across this pivotal region for Redpin Payments.
This is a field-based role covering Málaga and the surrounding area. You will often meet clients in person, including some of the region’s largest property and conveyancing firms, negotiating directly with senior decision-makers in their offices.
What you’ll do

Generate a list of prospective conveyancing firms and manage the entire sales cycle from initial chat to close

Run multiple open opportunities at any given time (both new and upsell), with a target of closing 4–5 deals per month

Develop rapport and ultimately close working relationships with conveyancing firms in your territory, keeping them up to date with new features and product releases

Conduct demonstrations and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs

Utilise and update our CRM (Salesforce) to manage all sales activities

Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Redpin Payments and Currencies Direct in the market
What you’ll need

Previous experience in a field-based sales role, ideally selling a digital solution or SaaS product to predominantly analogue customers

Exceptional Spanish communicator, adept at engaging professionally with law firm owners and senior stakeholders; high level of English (C1)

Proven experience mapping a territory and identifying the largest revenue opportunities within that region

Background knowledge of conveyancing services or related sectors, such as estate agencies, holiday rentals, or property management

Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate at all decision-making levels

Experience selling international payments services

Experience selling products or services into Legal and Conveyancing firms

Background in Fintech or payment-related solutions

Previous experience in the B2B SaaS space, in either an SDR or Account Executive capacity
