They’re seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Merchandising Assistant who’s organized, proactive, and digitally savvy. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify and social commerce platforms, understands SEO and analytics, and enjoys optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and performance. This role suits someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and values wellness, aesthetics, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Merchandising Support
- Update and maintain Shopify product listings, pricing, inventory, and collections.
- Support merchandising strategies for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and visually appealing across all channels.
Multi-Channel Support & Optimization
- Optimize listings and performance across Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
- Maintain consistency of data, descriptions, pricing, and images across platforms.
- Assist in implementing A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and channel metrics including traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights for digital and merchandising teams.
- Track KPIs to support campaign planning and digital strategy.
Listing Optimization & SEO
- Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for search and discoverability.
- Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align listings with promotional campaigns.
General Website & E-Commerce Support
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues on Shopify and related platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Support the Website Manager on product launches and special projects.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, website support, or digital merchandising.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, or other social platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of listing optimization, merchandising, and SEO for e-commerce.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and platforms.
