They’re seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Merchandising Assistant who’s organized, proactive, and digitally savvy. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify and social commerce platforms, understands SEO and analytics, and enjoys optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and performance. This role suits someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and values wellness, aesthetics, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Product Merchandising Support

  • Update and maintain Shopify product listings, pricing, inventory, and collections.
  • Support merchandising strategies for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and visually appealing across all channels.

Multi-Channel Support & Optimization

  • Optimize listings and performance across Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
  • Maintain consistency of data, descriptions, pricing, and images across platforms.
  • Assist in implementing A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website and channel metrics including traffic, conversion, and sales.
  • Generate performance reports and actionable insights for digital and merchandising teams.
  • Track KPIs to support campaign planning and digital strategy.

Listing Optimization & SEO

  • Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for search and discoverability.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align listings with promotional campaigns.

General Website & E-Commerce Support

  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues on Shopify and related platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Support the Website Manager on product launches and special projects.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, website support, or digital merchandising.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, or other social platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of listing optimization, merchandising, and SEO for e-commerce.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and platforms.
